Come support a great non-profit organization. S.A.F.E ( Sheriff's Assistance for Employees) supports employees of the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office in times of need, such as unexpected medical emergencies or emergencies that arise.

About the Event
For the last Eleven years, The Sheriff's Assistance for Employees (S.A.F.E) has sponsored a charity golf tournament. In 2013, The tournament was renamed in honor of two of our fallen members: Sgt. Warren Watts who was tragically lost during his conditioning training for SWAT in June of 2012 and Capt. Leide DeFusco who was tragically lost in the line of duty during a narcotics operation in August of 2012. Both of these fine gentlemen represent the courageous men and women that work for the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office. They paid the ultimate sacrifice for this Office and for their community and for that we pay tribute to them. Furthermore, we honor those in our Agency who are no longer with us, but with us in spirit. They will be forever in our hearts!
Registration begins at 7:00 am, and Shotgun Start at 8:00 am on Saturday September 20th, 2025.
